2. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

3. User Content

Our Service allows you to create, upload, and share content. You retain any rights that you have in your content, but you grant us a license to use, copy, modify, and display it in connection with the Service.

4. Credits

StickerVerse operates on a credit-based system for creating and purchasing stickers.

4.1 Credit Purchases

Credits can be purchased through our platform using the available payment methods. All credit purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law.

4.2 Credit Expiration

All purchased credits expire one (1) year from the date of purchase. After expiration, credits will be automatically removed from your account. We recommend using your credits before they expire, as no refunds or extensions will be provided for expired credits.

4.3 Credit Usage

Credits can be used for various activities on the platform, including but not limited to:

• Creating AI-generated stickers
• Animating stickers
• Purchasing stickers from other users

5. Payments

We use third-party payment processors to handle all financial transactions on the platform. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms and conditions of these payment processors.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by StickerVerse and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or any other systems or networks connected to the Service.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall StickerVerse, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
